Q: I have a valid coupon code, how do I use it?
A: First click on "Shopping Cart" link on the top right side of our website. In the middle of the page, it says: "USE COUPON CODE" and "Enter your coupon here:" You enter your coupon code exactly as it is in the box and click on "Apply Coupon". The coupon codes are case sensitive and you need to make sure you enter it exactly. Your coupon will be applied and you can check out.
Q: My transaction has been declined when I entered my credit card number. What should I do?
A: First you need to make sure that your billing address is the same address that your bank has. If you have recently moved to a new location, you need to call your bank and have your address changed and try again after a couple of hours. If your address is registered with your bank, you need to make sure that you entered the right CVV and expiry date. If that is not the case you may not have enough fund on your credit card. You can always call your bank and ask them if you have enough fund for your purchase or not. In some cases, the banks block the online shopping so if you call them, they will remove the block and let the transaction go through. Q: I can't process check out! I am getting an error every time when I try to buy something form your website. Can you please help me?
A: Our shopping system only supports highly secure browsers like IE 8+, FireFox 3+, Safari 4+, Opera, Chrome 4+. If you are using IE 6 or 7, they are not supported. You can download and install free browsers like Firefox, Chrome, Opera, and Safari and use them instead. If you are using one of the supported browsers and you still have a problem, you can clear the browser's history and cache and try again. Q: I have 2 pre-paid credit cards and my total order is more than one and less than both of them. How can I pay for an order with 2 prepaid credit cards?
A: If you are in Canada, you can select "other payment methods" in checkout and in the comment box enter both credit card numbers with expiry date and CVV codes. We will charge them and let you know when your order is being processed.
Q: I was one of your customers and I have an account with you but on your new website, I can't log in. It says username or/and password is incorrect.
A: If you are one of our customers from the old website, you need to click on forget password link and follow the instruction to receive your new password. We have not migrated your password because they are encrypted in our system.
Q: I have my prepaid credit card but your system does not accept it. What should I do?
A: If you are sure about enough fund in your prepaid visa card please place your order by choosing "Other Payment Methods" and then, send us your credit card numberو expiry date and if there is any CVV or CCV code in the back of your card, and your order number in contact us form. We will try to charge your prepaid visa and if we could, we will process your order.
Q: How long it takes to receive my order?
A: It depends on where your shipping address is and which shipping method did you choose during checkout. The estimated date of delivery will appear in front of the delivery method and the email confirmation that you receive.
