Shipping Info

Canada Post is our prefered method of shipping.

We can't ship on the weekends and public Canadian and US holidays. 

For a limited time we offer free shipping for orders of $100 and more (before tax) for US Mainland and Canada (Canadian Northern territories and Alaska are excluded from this offer) (Some conditions applies*)

For a limited time we offer free shipping for orders of $75 and more (before tax) for British Columbia and Alberta. (Some conditions applies*)

We dispatch orders within 1 to 5 business days via Canda Post /USPS very well packaged in blank boxes. For your privacy, there would not be any sign of the items inside. Also, for Canada, you can request "Hold for Pickup" during checkout and by that, Canada Post will leave a card in to your mailbox or door; You take that card to your local post office and pickup your order. 

Depending to your address and how far you are living from major cities, delivery may take 1 to 14 business days and in remote areas can take even more. Please be advised once we shipped your order, we can't change anything or cancel your order or speed up the delivery process. You can track your order all the way and if you have any question about your delivery process, you can contact Canada Post (For Canadian customers) or USPS (for US customers) with your tracking number. We have no information other than the tracking info that you can see.

If you select Expedited or XpressPost or Tracked Pocket services, we provide you the tracking number in your account. Also you will get an email from Canada Post/ USPS confirming your order's shipping and tracking number. Your package will be insured against lost or damage. 

If you received your product damaged, you should notify us THE SAME DAY OF DELIVERY. Our transportation insurance declines the damage claims made after the day of delivery. The report has to be sent to us by email including some pictures of the broken item and the order ID. You can find the order iD in the confirmation email that you have received from us when you placed your order.

We only ship orders to a valid billing address. If you want us to ship your products to a different address, we will ask you to send us a picture of the front side of your credit card. If you are not the credit card owner, we can't ship the product to you. Some  extra documentation may be required if you want to use a diffrent address other than your billing address. One of the solution for this case is to buy a prepaid Mastercard or Visa with your credit card and register the prepaid credit card to your shipping address and make your purchase with the prepaid credit card.

*Please be advised if the shipping cost is more than 30% of the amount of your order's subtotal, we don't provide free shipping. You will be notified via email regarding to the shipping cost.
